The Inspiration

Inspired by spring. By beginning again.

Verve was born from that first unmistakable shift in the air. When winter loosens its grip and the earth starts to exhale in color.

​

In my gardens in early spring, there are redbuds and peonies standing tall after rain, before the bursts of irises in summer. There’s space to breathe in this painting. Light breaking through what once felt dormant.

​

I created Verve as a meditation on new horizons and the courage to step forward without having all the answers. The willingness to trust that something beautiful is emerging, even if it still feels tender in its newness.

​

It’s an invitation to open the windows. To begin again. To let color return.
