PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after receiving an order confirmation via email. This includes carefully preparing and packaging your painting or print for shipping. Once your order is processed, then it is shipped -- with shipping times varying based on destination.

International Shipping: Please contact us prior to making an order. If an international order is placed prior to contacting us, we will be in touch to discuss shipping options and fees. Customs, duties, and taxes (including VAT) which may be charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping throughout the United States is free and in-person pickup options are available. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our shipping schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times may vary due to factors outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters, or holidays. Please allow for 3-6 days for shipping, in addition to 2-5 days for processing.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY

It's the age of online shopping and we understand that investing in art that you've not had a chance to see in person can be unnerving. Your satisfaction is important to us! Please contact me if you would like additional photos, videos, or a virtual "viewing" of a painting.

Non-commissioned artwork may be returned for exchange or credit toward a new piece of equal or greater value at Akwi Nji Design Studio within five (5) days of receipt. Artwork must be in the condition it was received and from a non smoking home. The shipping costs to return art within the five (5) days of receipt are incurred by the collector. A refund will be issued when the artwork is returned to the studio and we confirm it is damage-free. Artwork sent back to Akwi Nji Design Studio without first requesting an exchange or credit will not be accepted.

There are no returns or exchanges on commissioned, discounted, custom orders, limited edition prints, sale artwork, or artwork purchased on a payment plan.

COMMISSIONS

Akwi will be pleased to work with you to ensure your custom piece can be enjoyed for years -- and, if part of a legacy collection, generations -- to come. Dimensions and fee will be agreed upon, along with a reasonable timeline. Payment of 50% to secure art commissions is due up front. Balance is due upon completion of artwork prior to delivery or shipping. Artist reserves the right to complete the commission within a reasonable estimated timeline. There are no returns on commissioned artwork.

All artworks are copyright protected by the Artist, Akwi Nji. The images may not be downloaded, copied, edited, printed, or distributed in any manner without the permission of the Artist. The works of art cannot be mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.
