Domestic shipping and in-person pickup options are available at checkout. Once your order is submitted, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation means we have added your order to our shipping schedule. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Exchanges + Returns Policy
It's the age of online shopping and we understand that investing in art that you've not had a chance to see in person can be unnerving. Your satisfaction is important to us! If, for any reason, an exchange or credit is needed, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Non-commissioned artwork may be returned for exchange or credit toward a new piece of equal or greater value at Akwi Nji Art + Design within five (5) days of receipt. Artwork must be in the condition it was received and from a non smoking home. The shipping costs to return art within the five (5) days of receipt are incurred by the collector. A refund will be issued when the artwork is returned to the studio and we confirm it is damage-free. Artwork sent back to Akwi Nji Art + Design without first requesting an exchange or credit will not be accepted.
There are no returns or exchanges on commissioned, discounted, or sale artwork, or artwork purchased on a payment plan.
Akwi Nji Studio + Design will be pleased to work with you to ensure your custom piece can be enjoyed for years -- and, if part of a legacy collection, generations -- to come. Dimensions and fee will be agreed upon, along with a reasonable timeline. Payment of 50% to secure art commissions are due up front. Balance is due upon completion of artwork prior to delivery or shipping. Artist reserves the right to complete the commission within a reasonable estimated timeline. There are no returns on commissioned artwork.
The works of art cannot be modified without the permission of the Artist. Works cannot be distributed, mutilated or modified in any way that would prejudice the reputation of the Artist.
