The Inspiration

LOVE NOTES are a meditation on movement, connection, and harmony. Inspired by Ntozake Shange's I Live in Music, the paintings are visual poetry in motion, a conversation in gestural lines looping and unfurling like breath.

 

I chose a palette that moves between softness and saturation, allowing tension and tenderness to coexist. Together, these works feel intimate and rhythmic, inviting you to slow down, listen closely, and sense how separate notes or energies coalesce with one another.​
